RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Overview

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from Leviathan 3D (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and provide refunds, repairs, or replacements where required by law.

This policy operates in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


2. Australian Consumer Law

For Australian customers, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


3. Change of Mind

Australian Customers

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

International Customers

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless required by applicable consumer laws in your country.


4. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Include proof of purchase

Opened, used, damaged, moisture-exposed, or altered filament cannot be returned, except where required by law.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Faulty

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged in transit

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video evidence

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund


6. Assessment of Faults

Due to the nature of 3D printing, variations in print results can occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Printer calibration

  • Print settings

  • Environmental conditions

  • Filament handling and storage

Print failures alone do not automatically constitute a product fault.

We may request additional information to assess claims.


7. Return Shipping Costs

Australian Customers

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping

  • If the return is not due to a fault, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (where applicable)

International Customers

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable


8. Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.


9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used filament

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order products


10. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties and taxes

  • Compliance with local regulations

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Seized or rejected shipments


11. How to Initiate a Return
