All product descriptions, specifications, images, and performance information are provided in good faith but are indicative only. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, raw material batches, or updates.

4. Intended Use & User Responsibility

Our products are intended for general 3D printing applications.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • 3D printing involves variables outside our control

  • Print outcomes depend on printer model, settings, environment, and user skill

  • You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your equipment

We do not guarantee specific print results.

5. Technical Information Disclaimer

Any recommended print settings, temperatures, or handling advice are guidelines only.

You assume full responsibility for:

  • Printer configuration

  • Testing and calibration

  • Material handling and storage

6. Safety & Compliance

You acknowledge that:

  • 3D printing filament may emit fumes when heated

  • Appropriate ventilation and safety measures should be used

  • Products should not be used for medical, food-contact, aerospace, or safety-critical applications unless explicitly stated

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability arising from misuse or inappropriate application.

7. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change without notice

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities

8. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders

9. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only.
